Promotional Ideas

Cross 4 Crowns is looking forward to being with you in service. Here are a few ideas that will help make this worship experience one that we hope will be most beneficial to your church.

1. Place posters in visible areas at least 3-4 weeks before concert date.
2. Bulletin inserts at least 3 weeks before.
3. Church newsletter.
4. Concert info on exterior church sign (if applicable).
5. Local newspapers (usually free in Sat's religious section).
6. Local radio. Free Public Service Announcements.
7. Telephone 5-6 other area churches asking them to put concert info in their respective bulletins/newsletters.
8. Encourage other area pastors to partner their church with yours to make this not only a church event, but a community event.
9. Some churches have suggested to us that they will take up a special offering anywhere from 1-2 weeks in advance to allow people to have an opportunity to give that might not get to attend the concert.
10. We want to encourage you to make this an outreach opportunity and implore your congregation to invite at least one non-attending person to the concert.

We are more than happy to assist you anyway that we can. One of the most important means of getting out the word is by radio. If you have any connections with a southern gospel radio station in the area, take the cd to them and make a copy for yourself. We are very open to doing "on-air" interviews in the days leading up to the concert.

It has been our experience that the church can take on the personality of it's pastor. In other words, if the pastor is excited about an event, generally, the church will be also. We want you to know that we are excited about coming to YOUR church, not just A church. What a wonderful opportunity for us to partner together to make a difference in someone's forever.

We'll be talking again as we get closer, but don't hesitate to call with any questions.

In Christ,
